At least four deputies from the Pima County Sheriff’s Department arrived earlier in the evening in two unmarked white SUVs and a white truck, according to observations by reporters at the scene.

As officers left the residence, Fox News Digital observed a deputy placing a white case into a vehicle, which had earlier been carried into the home. The deputy was also seen handling what appeared to be a brown, grocery-sized bag.

Investigators appeared to conduct activity inside the garage before moving to the opposite side of the home, where three bedrooms are located. White photography flashes were visible inside both the house and garage. At one point, a jacket was placed over a window, obstructing the view from outside.

While stationed outside the residence, Fox News Digital reporters Sarah Rumpf-Whitten and Michael Ruiz reported hearing clanking noises from inside the home, suggesting officers may have been moving items.

It was not immediately clear whether anyone is currently living at the residence.

On Thursday, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department declined to comment on whether any family members of Nancy Guthrie have been ruled out as suspects in her disappearance.

Earlier Saturday, Fox News Digital reported that the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Pima County Sheriff’s Department were seeking information about an unidentified male in connection with the case. Two plainclothes officers were seen visiting a gas station near Nancy Guthrie’s home, where an employee said investigators requested access to surveillance video related to what was described as “some guy.”

“They just showed up,” the employee said. “They asked if they could see camera footage.” When asked what the authorities had observed, the employee stated that the investigators did not share any details. “They said they were looking for some guy who got away,” the employee added. “No description.”

The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities have not publicly disclosed further details about the evidence collected.

Savannah Guthrie and her siblings released a new video Sunday appealing for the safe return of their missing mother and urging anyone with information to come forward.

In the video posted to social media, the Guthrie children addressed potential witnesses or anyone in contact with their mother, asking for “proof she is alive” and reiterating their deep concern. Savannah Guthrie said the family was “anxiously waiting” for word and appealed for compassion and cooperation from anyone with relevant information.

“We received your message, and we understand,” Guthrie said in the brief video posted to Instagram, ABC13 reported. “We beg you now to return our mother to us so that we can celebrate with her. This is the only way that we will have peace. This is very valuable to us, and we will pay.”

“We are aware of the video posted by the Guthrie family. But don’t have any additional information to share,” a spokesperson for Pima Sheriff said in a statement to ABC News on Saturday following the release of the latest video from the family.

Law enforcement has not publicly identified suspects or confirmed any verified leads. The Pima County Sheriff’s Office described the situation as an active investigation and has been working with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

The FBI is offering a $50,000 reward for information that could lead to the recovery of Nancy Guthrie and/or an arrest and conviction related to her abduction.
